Use Maya Pet daily to help support a healthy digestive tract and optimal immune system for your cat or dog. It comes in a convenient powder form that you can mix into your pet’s food. 

We recommend the following serving sizes: 

• ⅓ scoop for pets less than 25 pounds
• ⅔ scoop for pets 25-75 pounds
• 1 scoop for pets more than 75 pounds

For additional support, double or triple the amount as needed. Maya Pet is all-natural, so there’s no such thing as giving your pet too much.

Our containers are 7 oz. Depending on your pet’s size, here’s how long you can expect it to last if you’re following the daily recommended serving size:

Yes. The Smart Strains™ in Maya Pet are living viable organisms. Refrigerate upon arrival and keep refrigerated for long-term stability.

Under refrigeration, the shelf life for our pet supplement is 26 months.

You can skip your subscription by logging into your account and once you login click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button and then click on SKIP ORDER button.

You can manage your order schedule by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button, then select SEE MORE DETAILS, and finally, navigate to the SCHEDULES tab.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours. Transit/delivery times vary depending on the location of the buyer. Local orders near Manitowoc, Wisconsin, usually take about 1-2 business days to arrive.

Our product is perishable, which means returns are limited. Unopened packages can be returned within 7 days. We are unable to accept returns on open containers of Maya Pet.

We track every order and give you an ETA. If the order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us. If lost, we can ship a replacement or contact the delivery company on your behalf. We are not responsible for stolen packages during delivery. Please include any special delivery directions (i.e. place inside door, or deliver to back door) to help ensure delivery.
